I ordered their binder with space for over 1200 cards. About two weeks after, the tracking kept saying that the package was in FEDEX’s hands. I contacted FEDEX who said the package was still with Preimumsets, which it wasn’t. I contacted preiumsets about the situation, they responded within 30 minutes. They said that of course I shouldn’t have to wait for FEDEX. So preimumsets immediately started an investigation with FEDEX and send me a new binder and compensated me with sending an extra binder of my own choosing + two packets of toploaders. Overall it was a costumer service that can’t top anywhere else, binders of great quality and they even e-mailed me a few months later asking if everything was okay with binders. Simply perfect!
